This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Mr.K.Varadhakamaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the respondents 1 to 4 have no objection in ordering this petition. The fifth respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 to 4.
