The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the show cause notice issued under Section 203 and 204 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994, for withdrawal of cheque signing power. 2.Considering the period of pendancy of the writ petition, the period of power is already over. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
