229/2017) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MARGABANDHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants would submit that taking advantage of Exs.A2 and A3, steps are being taken to put up constructions.
The petitioners / appellants, except making a bare statement, have not adduced any materials as to the alleged act on the part of the respondents 1 and 2 and no prima facie case has
been made out for grant of interim orders.
