The mater was posted under the caption for ''being mentioned'' since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court dated 05.02.2021, when a copy application was filed before the Court below, the same was returned on the ground that charge sheet has not been filed. A copy of the final report will be given to the petitioner only after taking cognizance of the final report by the Court below.

2. This Court had directed the Court below to take cognizance within a period of four weeks. Once the Court takes a decision to take cognizance of the final report, a copy of the same will be furnished to the petitioner.

3. The order passed by this Court dated 05.02.2021 is clarified to that extent.
