This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.05.2013 passed by the second respondent in its proceedings No.P.T.Lee C.N.T./948/A1/13, thereby removing the petitioner from the post of Assistant Professor in the third respondent college. 2.
It is seen from the records that, when the matter was listed on 20.07.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition was adjourned to 24.07.2021 and directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal. Even today also, no one is represented on behalf of the petitioner either by person or through counsel.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
