ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to give permission to conduct a festival programme scheduled to be held on 03.03.2017 in Arulmigu Sri Periya Mariamman Temple, Namakkal District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2017. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that he had submitted a representation dated 13.02.2017 to the third respondent, seeking permission to conduct a cultural dance programme in connection with the festival programmes relating to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Arulmigu Sri Periya Mariamman Temple, Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District, but till date, no order has been passed either granting permission or rejecting the said representation made by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Additional Public Prosecutor, who took notice for the respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks only disposal of the petitioner's representation in one way or the other. Therefore, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
