2. Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly states that the petitioner may be directed to furnish another copy of the petitions to the Assessing Officer, who may be directed to dispose of the same expeditiously.

Accordingly, taking into consideration the submissions made by both sides and in the interests of justice, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent on 25.02.2019 at 10.30.a.m. along with a copy of the rectification petition dated 14.03.3017. Upon affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, the respondent will dispose the rectification petitions within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of conclusion of the personal hearing.

4. The Writ Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
