2019 that the petitioner / Accused found guilty under section 138 of N.I. Act, and he is convicted and sentenced to undergo simple Imprisonment for 2 years and further directing the accused to pay double the cheque amount i.e., Rs.2,00,000/- as compensation to the complainant U/s 357 of Cr.P.C. and pending disposal of the above CRL.RC.NO.79 of 2022 IN CRL.MP.NO.866/2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
