This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.77 of 2013 to the 1st respondent for further investigation.

2. It is seen that in Crime No.77 of 2013, the 2nd respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.7 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal and the case is pending for trial and at this stage, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered by this Court. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
