Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the sale of products by a business concern adopting the Multi Level Marketing/Network Marketing concept does not amount to Money Circulation Scheme within the meaning of Section 2(c) of the Prize Chit and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
