Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.9326/2002/Pa.A1 dated 04.09.2003 and quash the same. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.9326/2002/Pa.A1 dated 04.09.2003 and quash the same.

2. When the matter was listed on earlier occasion on 05.11.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
