J U D G M E N T

On 06.01.2023, when the case was listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the plaintiff informed the Court that he had no instructions from his client and hence this court directed the Registry to list the case on 09.01.2023 by printing the name of the plaintiff in the cause list. Today, though the name of the plaintiff is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the plaintiff.

2. In such view of the matter, the Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
