O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Cuddalore to take the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.623 of 2010 on file, to assign the C.C.No. To issue process and also to give suitable direction to complete the Trial Proceedings with in a stipulated period.

2.The petitioner is the defacto-complainant on his complaint Crime No.623 of 2010 came to be registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pudunagar Police Station, Cuddalore. 3.Mr.S.Arokiaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sheet has been filed and it is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore as C.C.No.241 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 463, 466, 468 and 420 IPC. He further submits initially charge sheet was filed against A1 and A2. Thereafter Discharge petition was filed by A2 and the same was dismissed by the Court below, against which he had preferred a Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.No.506 of 2014 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 07.12.2017. Further submits that the case is in trail stage, PW1 is in the box, chief examination is yet to be completed, hence he sought direction for speedy disposal of the case since the case is pending from the year 2013.

4.Considering the submission, this Court directs the trial Court to complete the trial by giving top priority preferably on day-to-day basis and to conclude the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
