ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is to direct the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2021 and 06.11.2021 and consequently take action as per the law against the accused persons.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent Police on 27.10.2021 against the accused followed with another complaint dated 06.11.2021. Since no action had been taken by the respondent it emboldened the offenders to become more aggressive in not permitting the petitioner to function as Secretary.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader Submits that for the petitioner's complaint dated 27.10.2021, C.S.R.No.443 of 2021 was assigned and for another complaint C.S.R.No.471 of 2021 was assigned and thereafter, enquiry was conducted and both the parties appeared for enquiry. He further submitted that after enquiry the cases were closed on 04.11.2021 and 17.11.2021 respectively. He further submitted that earlier to these complaints, there was a similar complaint for which a case in Crime No.545 of 2021 was assigned and in that case, investigation has been completed, the charge sheet has been filed in S.T.C.No.8 of 2022 before the Judicial Magistrate, Attur. He further submitted that as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in similar complaint, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
