Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents or their men to consider the representation dated 19.12.2013 made by the petitioner to survey the petitioner's land bearing the Plot No. 9B3 and 9B4. ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.12.2013 made by the petitioner to survey his land bearing plot nos. 9B3 and 9B4. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is fixed at 03.00 p.m., on 11.03.2021 at the Office of the Tahsildar, the second respondent herein.

4. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the representation dated 19.12.2013 of the petitioner through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
