Regulations 2000 and thereafter pursue appointment.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

2. It is represented that the First Bench of this Court has disposed of a similar Writ Petition and the matter has been taken to the Hon'ble Apex Court. It is further submitted that a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Contempt Petition has been filed to implement the regulations of the University Grants Commission.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
