ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Seeking production of the detenue, aged about 15 years, the Uncle of the detenu has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured, however, she has been under the care and custody of the Officer in charge, Life for All Jeevalaya Campus, 135/3, Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore 641 020 as she has delivered child. Accused is remanded to judicial custody.
