O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner in respect of the payment of Feeding charges has already been complied with as per G.O.Ms.No.1808, Home (Prison - II) Department, dated 08.10.2018.

2. It is made clear that as per the entitlement of the writ petitioner, the said benefit is to be paid continuously as per the Government Orders in force.

3. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
