This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action on the complaint dated 25.11.2019 vide CSR No.1250 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.1250 of 2019 was issued and after enquiry the said complaint was closed on 21.01.2020.
