Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation letter dated 27.01.2022 issued by AIADMK Political party served to the respondents and take appropriate steps within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to appoint and deploy election officers and personnel for the conduct of urban election scheduled on 19.02.2022 from the rural jurisdiction so as to ensure fairness in the conduct of elections.
