ORDER

This Review Application is filed to review the order dated 13.03.1998 made in C.R.P.No.3164 of 1996.

2. Mr.N.S.Sivakumar, the learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the petitioner Mr.P.Rathinadurai, submitted that the said Mr.P.Rathinadurai, who is the first counsel on record for the petitioner, died and on getting instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, the learned counsel submitted that nothing survives in this Review Application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
