C.M.P.No.1096 of 2022 C.M.P.No.1096 of 2022 in S.A.No.9 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 4 to 9 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent Sakunthala in the above appeal and rank them as respondents 4 to 9 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Mr.B.Tamil Nidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader (CS) is present. Despite serving of notice on the respondents 6 & 7, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel and notices sent to the respondents 4, 5, 8 & 9 were returned with an endorsement as "Unclaimed".

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Second Appeal on 17.11.2022 for hearing.
