This petition has been filed seeking to modify one of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.19800 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.21149 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023.

2. I am not inclined to modify the order already extension of the condition had been granted. Petitioner has to satisfy the direction imposed otherwise he has to surrender before the court.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, one final extension is granted till 01.03.2024. Vv '
