ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.621 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 427, 447, 323 & 506(2) of IPC, as against the petitioner.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after investigation, the FIR in Crime No.621 of 2015 has been closed as "mistake of facts".

Recording the above submissions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
