Crl.O.P.No.1733 of 2026 ssi same was taken on file in C.C.No.379 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindivanam and only summons have been served to the petitioner.
2. Since only summons have been served for the appearance of the petitioner and there is no apprehension of arrest, the petitioner is directed to appear on summons.
