] This petition is filed to extend the interim bail of the petitioner's husband which was granted by this Court in W.M.P.No.29547 of 2023 in W.P.No.14746 of 2022 namely GunduJakir @ JakirHussain, S/o.Habib Khan, aged 46 years, Ct.No.4409, Life Convict Prisoner, Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai, for further period of three months (from 30.01.2024 to 30.04.2024).

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.

3. Interim bail granted by this Court on 30.10.2023 shall be extended till 05.06.2024 on the same conditions.
