ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31212 of 2024 by an order dated 17.12.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.31212 of 2024 on 17.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
