ORDER

This Application has been filed to extend the time for completion of arbitration proceedings by a period of six months.

2. Heard Mr.Arun Karthik Mohan, learned counsel for the Applicant. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 have already expressed no objection for allowing this Application. In respect of the respondents 4 to 6 are concerned, notice has been sent by the Applicant but none appears on behalf of them and affidavit of service has been filed regarding service of notice.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above Application and there is no unreasonable delay on the part of the Applicant or Arbitral Tribunal in conducting the arbitration proceedings and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months.
