Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the 1st respondent bearing Na.Ka.No. 5626-2007-H-1 dated 4.6.2012 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently issue a Mandamus to direct the 1st and 3rd respondents herein from in any manner interfere with the petitioner's right to manage and maintain a sanitary complex cum public toilet situate at Santhaimedu, Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvathipuram, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and abide by the terms of contract entered into between the petitioner and the 1st respondent dated 12th January 2011. O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to direct the 1st and 3rd respondents herein from in any manner interfere with the petitioner's right to manage and maintain a sanitary complex cum public toilet situate at Santhaimedu, Kamaraj Nagar, Thiruvathipuram, Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and abide by the terms of contract entered into between the petitioner and the 1st respondent dated 12th January 2011.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the period of contract for three years had already been expired and after the expiry of the contract, the respondent Municipality undertook to maintain the Sanitary Complex for public use with free of cost.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
