ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Jaganathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 5.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction against respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment found in S.No.2/11, Vengaivasal Village, Tambaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that survey would be conducted within four months. If upon survey, encroachment is found, then, steps in accordance with law to remove the encroachment would be taken.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
