This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17060 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.no.26794 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturdat at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17060 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.no.26794 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 ., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, on Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
