When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sivakumar, the learned standing counsel taking notice for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 01.03.2017 made in W.P.No.4148 of 2017, the respondent had complied with the order and passed the order on 26.05.2017.

va 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that since the respondent had complied with the order, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the Contempt Petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order date4d 26.05.2017.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent on 26.05.2017 in accordance with law.
