By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to take necessary action on the basis of the communication issued by the second respondent in Proceedings No.O.Mu.V1/600/18, dated 05.03.2018 and pass further orders with regard to the removal of additional T.S.No.97/2A/1A1, Virudhachalam Town, Cuddalore District from his patta issued by the fourth respondent.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.01.2018 to the respondents to remove additional T.S.No.97/2A/1A1, Virudhachalam Town, Cuddalore District from his patta issued by the fourth respondent. After the receipt of the said representation the second respondent sent a communication to the third respondent vide Proceedings No.O.Mu.V1/600/18, dated 05.03.2018, directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation. But, so far, no action has been taken by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to implement the communication dated 05.03.2018 sent by the second respondent and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
