This matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the first line of paragraph No.4 of the order dated 11.02.2022, a typographical error had crept in stating that "the State Level Scrutiny Committee has to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of Community Certificate" instead of "the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur District".
3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also agreed for the same.
4.Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the following order shall be incorporated as paragraph No.4:
"4.Considering the submission of the 1/3
learned Special Government Pleader, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur District/respondent herein is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of Community Certificate, after conducting enquiry, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs."
The Registry is directed to carry out the same in the order dated 11.02.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
