ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the Letter No.5701/H2/2012-4 dated 18.05.2012 containing the Charge Memo against the petitioner issued by the respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary extraneous and not on administrative causes.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner was dismissed from service by passing an order vide G.O.(3D).No.1, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (H2) Department, dated 30.01.2020 and in view of the same, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
