When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner died on 07.02.2019 itself and the xerox copy of the death certificate was also produced before this Court. He further submitted that so far no steps have been taken by the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to implead them in the Writ Petition to continue with the litigation.
