(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The appellants have filed the present appeal challenging the order of this Court dated 30.04.2008 made in W.P.No.14701 of 2007. 2/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has written a letter dated 13.03.2023 to the appellant and the same has been returned with an endorsement as 'deceased' and he reported 'no instructions' and has filed a memo to that effect. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that already the matter has been settled and the amount also disbursed to the depositors and nothing survives in the present Writ Appeal. 4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned counsel for 5th respondent, no further order is necessary in this Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
