..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to their file No.IWLF-1/25/2013-14-0 and to quash the order dated 29.04.2014 made therein and consequently direct them to affiliate the petitioner-Association as a Single Unit in the State of Tamil Nadu.
