This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 20.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8363 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8015 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
