2. The petitioner is seeking directions to respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2018 within a stipulated time. The representation is in relation to unauthorized construction put up by the third respondent, i.e., K.Padmavathi, at No.369, Bharathi Street, V.G.P.Nagar, Mogappair West, Chennai - 600 037.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent states that the said representation will be decided by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
