This application has been filed seeking to set aside the ex-parte order dated 12.01.2022 passed in C.S.No.164 of 2021 and to allow the applicant/D1 to file his written statement.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed. It is stated by the learned counsel that he has filed the written statement along with an application to condone the delay in filing the written statement.
