W.P.No.26536 of 2007 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from taking possession to convert the pathway of a length 92 feet and 8 feet wide running north to south as way of necessity leading from Brindavan Extension to the rear portion in the Plot No.5, Srinivasa Nagar Extension, Madipakkam comprised in S.No.218/2 belonging to the petitioner and direct the respondent to restore the compound wall above mentioned demolished illegally by the respondent. W.P.No.2874 of 2009 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from converting the house site of a length of 92' x 8' running north to south in Plot No.5, Srinivasa Nagar Extension, Madipakkam, comprised in Survey No.218/2 vide DTP No.
320 of 1973, Srinivasa Nagar Layout, leading abutting Brindavan extension street into a street connecting Thilakar Avenue and Srinivasa Nagar Extension.
