This Insolvency Petition was filed by the debtor to declare himself as insolvent.

2. The learned Official Assignee submitted that there is no cooperation from the debtor for examination before the learned Master and hence this shows no useful purpose will be served by keeping this application pending, since the debtor has not shown any interest to proceed with the petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court is also feels that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this petition pending. Accordingly, considering the submission made by the learned Official Assignee, this Court annulled the order passed by the learned Master dated 09.11.2017 in I.P.No.21 of 2017.

4. This Insolvency Petition is dismissed.
