2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.16690 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23206 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial court on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
