Prayer in S.A.No. 1298 of 1998 :- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.263 of 1996 dated 31.12.1997 on the file of the I Additional District Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode and confirming the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.270 of 1990 dated 30.08.1996 on the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam. For Appellant in both Appeals : Mr.J.

But, however, there is no instruction from their respective parties. To ascertain the above fact, this Court has adjourned the matter and posted it today.

2. Today, when the matter was called, both the counsel submitted that they have no instructions from their respective parties.
