Writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Order of the Ist respondent in Proceedings No.M.48.40 dated 27.04.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to execute the labour contract with the petitioner Trust for a period of 30 years from 19-10-2000.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that, pursuant to the mutual understanding entered between the parties, the petitioner has offered to convey the property in favour of the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced the minutes of negotiation for purchase of retail outlet dated 09.10.2020. Pursuant to the negotiation dated 09.10.2020, the respondents have purchased the property from the petitioner on 09.12.2021, by way of registered sale deed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
