JUDGMENT
Learned counsel who has appeared for the claimant/1st respondent herein stated that the 1st respondent/claimant does not want to press the claim. Therefore, the claimant in MCOP has already been directed to appear before this court. Accordingly, the claimant is also present before this court. He also submits that he is not pressing the claim. The claimant would state that he is withdrawing the claim petition.
2. The learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company would state that the entire award amount has been deposited before the Tribunal and the Insurance Company/appellant may be permitted to withdraw the award amount lying before the Tribunal.

3. Recording the submission of the claimant/1st respondent herein who appeared before this court and the memo filed to that effect, the claim petition stands dismissed as not pressed. The appellant/Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the Award amount deposited by them.
