Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further order in Crl.OP.No. 21249 of 2021 Dated 12.11.2021 and pass such or other orders to deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case and render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DEEPANUDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21249 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.
