The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the complaint in this regard had been withdrawn by the complainant. Further it is stated that the issues are already settled between the parties concerned. This being the fact, the cause arose for filing the present writ petition become vanished.

2. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Hence the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
