W.P.NOs.15724, 15725 of 2005 and W.P.Nos.10756 & 10757 of 2006 HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J.

The above captioned Writ Petitions were disposed of by this Court vide order dated 12.11.2021. However, the matters were listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' on 17.11.2021 and this Court passed the following order:

"Today, both the counsel appeared before this Court and agreed that the matters required for detailed discussion and hence, the same may be decided on its own merits.

Accordingly, post the matters on 01.12.2021 for hearing."

2. Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel would submit that he has filed change of vakalat for the petitioners, but the same has been returned citing a technical ground that there was no observation by this Court in the order, dated 17.11.2021 that Writ Petitions have been restored and reopened.

3. Since this Court has specifically observed that the matters are required to be decided on merits, the Registry is directed to accept the Vakalath filed by the learned counsel and print the name of the learned counsel in the cause list and post the matters on 22.01.2026 for hearing.
